More that a million refugees from Ukraine crossed Polish border already.

This week we are helping Alina, her mum and Olga with 2 kids get back on their feet in Poland. They arrived in Przemyśl from Kharkiv March 6th after 3-day journey carrying just small suitcases. This is all they have after leaving their whole life behind in the destroyed city. Anna came to Poznań with 1-month old son and 9-year old daughter. Being on maternity leave she can't work, but she did not have time to apply for maternity leave support in Kharkiv as war started shortly after her son was born. She has some savings that will last for a few months.

There will be more people coming in coming weeks and months. This is not going to stop as the destruction of their country continues. We help them by driving them from Przemyśl to Poznań, buying basic clothes and other necessities, helping find a place to stay, supporting in getting anything necessary to settle here until they can start living normally.

More than a million of Ukrainian refugees crossed Polish borders already. Polish people are doing the best they can to support them. This week we help Alina, her mum, Olga and her two kids (Maria and Nikita) get back on their feet in Poland. They came to Przemyśl train station March 6th after more than 2 days on trains carrying just small bags. This is all they have left after leaving Kharkiv.

There are more people coming asking for help. They need help finding jobs, a place to stay, some basic clothes and other necessities to be able to start over. This will not stop soon as the destruction of Ukraine continues.
